Unassembled server racks
When you purchase a server rack, it’s important to consider where you are going to place the rack. Will it be in an easily accessible server room? Do you have a forklift or pallet truck to safely transport the rack inside? Or are you going to carry the rack up a narrow staircase? In this case, you can choose an unassembled server rack.
Why choose an unassembled cabinet?
Since this cabinet is not yet assembled, you can carry the parts individually to the desired location and assemble it on-site. This is particularly useful in situations like:
- narrow staircases
- small elevators
- attics or hard-to-reach spaces
- when no pallet truck or forklift is available
An unassembled cabinet makes the entire process much easier.
How do I order an unassembled server rack?
For all standing 19 inch server racks, you can choose the option to receive the rack unassembled. Simply check this option before adding the product to your cart. By choosing an unassembled rack, you save €25.00 because there is no assembly required in our warehouse.
Can I order all racks unassembled?
You can order all standing racks with a height of 12U to 47U unassembled. For wall-mounted racks, we offer ready-to-use assembled racks as well as unassembled variants.

Have you ordered a pre-assembled rack, but the access is too narrow? No problem! All racks are fully disassemblable. You can take them apart and reassemble them at the destination.
How do you ship my unassembled rack?
You will receive a pallet with three boxes. One box contains the top and bottom plates, another box contains the doors and side panels, and the third box contains the frames and mounting materials.
Is assembling a server rack difficult?
