You can request a quote from us online. This gives you the fastest possible quote. This is how you request a quote:
- Click on the 'Offer' button next to the desired article.
- Do you want to request several products? Then click on this button with each product. All products will then be combined into one quote request.
- Click on 'My quote' or open the request by clicking on 'Quote' at the top.
- Check whether all desired items have been added
- Fill in your details and address
- Add any comments or questions for us in the comment field
- Click on the button 'Request quote
You will receive an e-mail confirming that the request has been received. This confirmation also contains the offer number. You can refer to this number in case of questions.
Once we have received your request, we will process it as quickly as possible and you will receive the quotation by e-mail. This e-mail contains a link to the online quote. If you open the quote and agree with our proposal, you can accept and order it online immediately.
Tip: before ordering, please check that the invoice and shipping addresses are correct.
Yes, you can. We prefer to receive quote requests online, as this is the quickest way to process them and you can check that all the details have been entered correctly. If this is not possible, you can also send your request by e-mail to [email protected].
- For a quote request, we need the following information:
- Invoice address with name and phone number of contact person
- Shipping address
- Article number(s)
- Desired quantities of the products
- Any questions or comments
As a registered partner you already receive a standard discount with every order. This discount is automatically calculated in your shopping cart. The amount of discount depends on the turnover. You received an overview of the volume discount at the time you registered for our partner programme.
Do you have a large project and would you like to request an additional discount? Then you can submit an online quote request and ask in the comments whether we can grant a one-off project discount for this project.
We try to answer all requests for quotes on working days within 24 hours. Is the quote request urgent? Then, after you have requested the quote, please give us a call on +44 (0)20 35 14 26 36.

First request the quote online and mention in the comments that you need the quote as a PDF-document. Our sales department will process your request and send you the quote as a PDF-file by e-mail.
Can't you request the quote online? Then send an e-mail to [email protected] with your quote request and mention here, too, that you need the quote in PDF-format.
You will receive our response to your quote request via e-mail. This e-mail contains a link which you can use to open the quote. Accept the quote and place the order by clicking on the 'Accept quote' button.
Can't place an order online? Then please send your purchase order to [email protected]m. Put the offer number in your order form, so we can process the correct data and any agreed discounts.
You must also approve this online. To do so, click the button in the order overview. After we have received your approval of the order, we will process it immediately.
