What to do with complaints
DSIT Guarantees that the goods to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can justifiably be placed on this type of product and are free of any defects.
Was this not the case and do you still have a complaint after contacting our customer service? To resolve this complaint as quickly as possible, we recommend that you contact us by telephone on 00 31 - 74- 852 64 48 or send an e-mail to [email protected]. This way, you can complain about our products as well as about our general services.
Of course, it is also possible to submit your complaint in writing.
In order to process your complaint quickly and correctly, please provide the following information:
• Order number(s). You can find this 9-digit number in the order confirmation, the invoice and the e-mails you have received from us.
• Your name, address, place of residence and customer number or order number
• You can send your complaint (stating the above information) to the following address:

As soon as your complaint has been received, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. You will receive an answer by phone or e-mail within 7 calendar days after receipt of the confirmation of receipt.
